   Erupted? 're Talking drain? I have never heard an 'explosion of the roid. You have to clean up every single time you go to the bathroom. There are many wipes available for this, but you might want to communicate with a doctor who is giving him the meds that cause anal leakage. If that is constant, there is no way you can keep clean. No one should something particular time. I wish him luck. Sounds very uncomfortable.

   I suggest you talk to a doctor, but if you don 't want to then all I can say is to wash daily, even after you go to the toilet. Use soap to completely prevent infection!
